Tell us if a record is wrong

Every record here is copied from a file published by the UK Home Office. We do not edit that file. But we can be wrong about how we read it, how we matched an organisation across two releases, or how we described a change — and if we are, we want to fix it.

If the error is ours

Email corrections@sponsorarchive.com with the page address and what is wrong. We aim to respond within two working days. Corrections are made on the page and noted, not made silently.

If the error is in the official register

We cannot change what the UK Home Office publishes, and we will not remove an accurate record of what it published. What we will do is record your correction on the page alongside the official entry, clearly marked, so anyone reading it sees both. Contact the publisher directly to have the source corrected; once it is, our next capture picks it up automatically.

If you are an employer

A page about your organisation states which routes the register listed you for and on which dates we observed it. It does not comment on your business, your hiring, or your standing with the Home Office, and we will not add anything of that kind. If a page says something beyond that, it is a mistake — tell us and it will be removed.
