What we collect about you
No account is required and none is offered. We do not ask for your name, your nationality, your immigration status, your employer, or anything about your application.
What we will never collect
If and when this site accepts user-submitted information about visa applications, the only fields will be the route, the country the application was made from, the month it was submitted and the month it was decided. Never a name, a date of birth, a passport number, a reference number, or anything else that could identify a person. This is a constraint on the database itself, not a policy that could be relaxed later.
Analytics and advertising
This site will carry advertising. Where advertising or analytics require consent, you will be asked before anything is set, and declining will not restrict access to any page. Nothing of that kind is running yet.
Personal data in the register itself
The sponsor register lists organisations, not individuals. Some sole traders appear under a personal name because that is how they are registered. If you are one and want your entry treated differently here, write to corrections@sponsorarchive.com and we will consider the request on its facts.
